Men's Group

 West Heights Men's Group is an informal group of men who gather monthly for a meal and short business meeting and sometimes a special program. The Men's Group is also a service group active in the church and in the community.

Attendance at monthly meetings remains strong with an average of 12 to 16, and the number of active members at 35.

Men's Group has several projects for 2011.  

     1) Our major project is the Courtyard/Playground Improvement Project.  Funding needs at this time are anticipated to be approximately $10,000 of which $4000 has been committed.  Slightly more than half of this will be used for grounds repair and restoration; the remaining funds will be applied to the future purchase of playground equipment. To make a tax deductible donation, please make checks payable to WHUMC and write "playground fund" in the memo blank.  

*Note:  The playground project has been completed. Thanks to everyone for their support and hard work.

     2) Men's group also provides the Easter breakfast each year.
