Night Children’s Ministries, 6:15 – 7:30 pm
These programs are are run during the school year.
This is an enrichment hour of fellowship and learning about God with stories, crafts and music. Groups sing periodically for Sunday morning services. Wednesday night programs began in September, 2007 and continue through the last Wednesday in April. Childcare is provided for children younger than four in Room 008. Mid-Week Ministries will begin again on August 29, 2007

is for for children who are four years old as of 09/01/07..

Prayer Buddies (PB) includes
children going to kindergarten this year.

children attending first grade this year.

Kids’ Connection
is for second & third graders. (Room

Young Disciples
meets each Wednesday from 5:30
– 7:30 pm
in the Family Life Center and Room 26. It is a
program for 4th and 5th grade children. The program focuses on learning to live
out Christian discipleship. The
children work at building respect and teamwork, and on service projects, such as
seasonal gifts for Wesley Rehabilitation Hospital. They serve as acolytes
and sing periodically for Sunday worship services.
They also adopt a senior friend from the congregation for correspondence
and fellowship.
West Heights Children's Summertime Ministries
**Kids
In The Courtyard will begin on July
9th.
We will meet on July 16 and July 23 also.
Kids In The Courtyard is for preschool age children, (3 years old through
those children who will begin Kindergarten this fall).
Join us from 9:00 am until 10:30 am for bible stories, games, crafts and
fun in the courtyard.
**Kids In Christian Service will begin on July 29th and continue through July 31st from 9:00 a.m. - noon.. KICS is for children who have completed 2nd grade through 5th grade. This is a great opportunity for our children to experience what serving others is all about.
West Heights Vacation Bible School
Monday, June 23rd - Friday, June 27th
Children 3 years old through 5th grade are invited to surf through the scriptures at Beach Party 2008. VBS takes your kids on an exciting journey to the ocean where they will learn the basics of surfing, ride the wave of God's Love , and go home with a new Beach-Be Attitude.
**United Methodist Camp information for Camp Horizons and Camp Lakeside will be available on April 30th.
