They traveled 3,222 miles, providing eleven worship services and traveling through six states: Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California. They traveled to the following locations: Palo Duro Canyon, TX Palo Duro Village Retirement Center, TX First UMC, Canyon, TX Sandia Peak Arial Tramway, NM Bethel UMC, Moriarty, NM Swim and BBQ, Mesa, AZ Grace UMC, Mesa, AZ, Two Sunday morning services @ Grace First UMC, El Centro, CA San Diego Zoo, Mission Beach, Shop and Eat @ Bazaar Del Mundo, CA Back to First UMC, El Centro, CA Tubing on the Salt River, AZ UMC, Mesa, AZ Slide Rock, AZ, Didn't happen. The bus's air conditioner went out. We spent the day at Wal-Mart and A UMC church in Yuma, AZ Infinia Health Care, Flagstaff, AZ Christ's Church, Flagstaff, AZ Fire & Ice Volcano, NM Old Town Park Gazebo Albuquerque, NM Asbury UMC, Albuquerque, NM Plains/Kismet UMC, Kismet, KS Day 10 Driving home! We made an extra 2 seats in a 50 passenger buss, by taking out the galley in the back, thus making the largest Caravan to date. A CD of over 800 digital photos was available. A book for each Caravaner was produced with general instructions, daily devotions and schedules. The "Sponsors Challenge" became a bus activity. The bus driver again was Jerry Elwood.
