Our church celebrates the various musical gifts and talents that God has placed in our midst. Whether you want to help every week or on an occasional basis, whether you like to sing or have a particular instrument you like to play, we have a place for you! Simply complete the form below and our director of music, Ellan Muyskens will help you find the best time and place to share your gifts!
Adult/Young Adult Music
Worship Choir - directed by Ellan Muyskens and accompanied by Greg Coykendall, sings at the 10:30 Sunday service year-round except for the month of July. They meet Wednesdays from 6:15 to 7:30 p.m. in the Sanctuary. Everyone is welcome – no auditions are required.
Cafe Chapel - our informal worship service welcomes anyone who likes to play an instrument or sing; the group currently consisting of piano, guitar and singers.
Handbells - directed by Edna Young, meets Wednesdays from 5:45 to 6:30 p.m. They participate in worship services about once a month throughout the year.
Instruments - various instrumental performers accompany the worship choir, such as drums, guitar, bass, flute, etc. If you enjoy playing an instrument, we would love to have you put that gift to use!
The youth choir, directed by Matt Ho, meets Sunday afternoons during the school year at 4:30 in the Fellowship Hall. They prepare music for singing monthly in worship and for their annual Caravan tour. This group is comprised of students in the sixth through twelfth grades.
Our children’s music group is in transition. When we finalize our plans, we will post an update. Those parents interested in having their children sing in worship are invited to make direct contact with our music director, Ellan Muyskens.
