Hello! Did you hear West Heights UMC has a new Youth Director?
Let him take a sec to introduce himself!
"I'm Kane (he/him/his) and I'm a lifelong resident of the Wichita area. I'm married to Leslie, who is a teacher in Maize. We have 3 kids, Talan (16), Kole (14) and Ella Mercy (8). I've been a Pastor in the United Methodist Church for 4 years and in ministry for 10 years total.
My interests are loving people with the inclusive love of Jesus, and inspiring others to do the same, as well as vinyl record collecting, exercise, Wichita State basketball, playing ukulele, gaming, shopping for clothes, and having conversations with people about anything from music to current events.
I'm excited to meet you soon! I'd love to see you on Wednesday, October 11th for dinner and a meet and greet at West Heights UMC in the Family Life Center. We'll eat from 6-7 pm and then the youth group and I will hang out in our Youth Room from 7-8 for dessert and retro video games! Dont' miss out!"
