Rev. Jacob Cloud
Senior Pastor
Pastor Jacob enjoys coffee, movies, games, lifting weights and just about anything described as fun. He and Leslie have 4 kids and a crazy mini poodle named Willow. He'd love to grab a cup of coffee with you to hear your story.

JULIE MCCARGO
Business Manager
Julie grew up in Wichita and have been a member of West Heights since 1993. She has a Business Administration degree from Wichita State University and has worked at the church since 2011, most recently becoming the Business Manager in July, 2025. She has three wonderful adult children, two dogs, three cats, and a super husband. She loves to read and travel to historic locations.

ELLAN MUYSKENS
Music Ministry Director
Ellan, raised in Dallas, is a talented musician who started playing piano at age 6 and continued lessons for 12 years. With over 25 years of experience as a music director and independent piano teacher, she brings a wealth of expertise to West Heights UMC. Ellan leads the Worship Choir and other ensembles, and is skilled at weaving together music and worship. Her passion is improvising and enhancing worship services with her musical gifts.
LESLIE CLOUD
Director of Communications and Events
Leslie enjoys reading (physical books, ebooks, audiobooks, she loves it all!) and organizing in her free time. She and Jacob (they have been married for over 20 years!) also love supporting and cheering for their 4 kids and 1 son-in-law in all of the activities in their lives!

DAWN FLIPPIN
Chaplain
Dawn is from Kansas, has lived other places, but feels there's truly no place like home. She earned a B.S. from Friends University, a Master of Divinity at the University of Dubuque Theological Seminary, was ordained as a Presbyterian Minister in the PC(USA) and began her career in parish ministry and served as a field education supervisor for Princeton Seminary. Now her full-time vocation is serving as a hospice chaplain for a local hospice provider. She is excited to join West Heights to visit and pray with you through every season of life - during times of celebration or transition, through stages of recovery and reconciliation, at birthdays, anniversaries and milestones. In her free time, she's busy enjoying her two grown children and is the acting Chief of Staff for a highly opinionated house cat named Opal.
JENNIFER BERRY-McNEIL
Custodian
Jennifer is a veterinary assistant by day, and a custodian here by night. Her hobbies include listening to music and audio books (you'll usually see her with headphones in), art, yoga, and taking care of her animals. She is happy to be a part of our team!
LONNA PATRICK
Nursery Attendant
Lonna is from Grand Island, Nebraska, and is currently attending Eric Fisher Academy to become an aesthetician. She is really enjoying her time as the nursery attendant!
