Volunteer Opportunities

Haiti Hope Foundation (HHF) is a 100% volunteer-led non-profit organization, which means every dollar donated goes directly to supporting students in Lambert, Haiti. Because of this, volunteers are not just helpers — they are the driving force behind our mission.

As our work grows, we are prayerfully seeking people willing to share their skills, experience, and passion in a variety of volunteer roles. Whether your strengths are in fundraising, communications, organization, or relationship-building, your contribution helps create sustainable financial and community support so every child in Lambert, Haiti has access to a quality education. We welcome both local and remote volunteers who want to be part of a mission focused on long-term, sustainable change.

We believe meaningful change happens when people contribute what they do best. Some volunteers serve behind the scenes with organization and planning. Others help tell the story, build relationships, or grow support through fundraising and outreach. No matter the role, every contribution moves the mission forward. All you need is a willingness to serve and a heart for creating lasting impact.

Development Director

5–10 hours/month | Remote

Help build a sustainable funding model and lead a fundraising strategy including a student sponsorship program and annual fundraising plan. Ideal for someone with fundraising, nonprofit development, and strategic planning experience.

 

Marketing & Social Media Manager

4–6 hours/month | Remote

Lead storytelling and awareness through social media, email newsletters, and simple graphics. Perfect for someone who enjoys content creation and digital outreach.

 

Donor Engagement Coordinator

3–5 hours/month | Remote

Ensure donors feel appreciated and connected through thank-you messages, updates, and quarterly impact communication. Great for someone who enjoys relationship-building and writing.

 

Treasurer / Finance Manager

4–6 hours/month | Remote

Manage desktop accounting system, reconcile accounts, oversee bank wires to Haiti, and prepare quarterly reports for the Oversight Committee. Ideal for someone with accounting or bookkeeping experience.

 

Sponsorship Program Coordinator

3–5 hours/month | Remote

Manage student-sponsor matching, communications, and retention. Perfect for someone organized and detail-oriented.
